Focus on finding 6+ letter words. One 6-letter word (100 pts) = 2.5 four-letter words (100 pts). The longer word is worth so much more, and word penalties for finding extra duplicates are minimal.

Don't waste time finding four-letter words if you can find six-letter words. A six-letter word gives you 2.5× the points!

2. Look for Bonus Patterns

Words ending in -ING, -ER, -LY are often 6+ letters. These patterns = higher scores automatically.

3. Scan Diagonals First

Longer words tend to appear in unexpected places. Diagonals often have 6+ letter words that horizontal/vertical scans miss.
